About Us
Sidestitch is a company that was started by Susan Sides-Hawkins, a woman who has been in the printing business for over 30 years. She has worked at many print shops in the Houston and Austin area as well as a few companies in California. With her insight into how the printing business works, she decided to be her own boss and start a company that could find the best printers with the best prices for those who need quality work and may have limited resources. Because many print jobs require hand work to put together a finished package, she incorporated a kitting/fulfillment service as well.
Susan's son, Rob Sides, is one of the project managers at Sidestitch. He helps organize the business and maintain production schedules for their kitting jobs. Obviously, Sidestitch was started as a family business and we strive to maintain that kind of close, family oriented relationship by providing exceptional customer service.
